 Healthcare Provider &
Compare Portal is a new initiative under taken by
E-Meditek to bring about greater convenience, efficiency and transparency in servicing
health insurance customers, general and life insurance industry & healthcare service
Providers.
The Healthcare Provider & Compare Portal has been designed to help customer make
an informed choice on health care provider.
Accessible through a secure login, the Portal provides relevant information as regards
empanelled healthcare Providers – infrastructure & medical facilities with photo
gallery, specialist doctors, Tariffs, standard packages and discounts, location
(mapped to Google earth) and enables comparison of different Providers as per user
requirement e.g. cost of a common surgical procedure, comparison of room tariffs
etc.
The Portal shall also support on-line submission & approval of Cashless authorisation
and e-payments in a short period.
At present, approximately 1000 hospitals on E-Meditek panel are hosted on the Portal,
expected to cover entire network in few month’s time. In due course, similar information
on network of radiological centres, dental clinics, OPD clinics, Pharmacies, physicians
and diagnostic centres shall be made available on the Portal.
